Episode 14: The Myth of Fearlessness
Fearlessness is a buzz word in the personal development world. Many preach about the utility of approaching obstacles from a place of "fearlessness", which in the end doesn't actually help create long term shifts in their relationship with fear, and how effectively they are able to move out of being in fear, and into action taking.
I talk about why this approach doesn't actually help you to take consistent action outside of your comfort zone, and how it actually reinforces disconnection and fragmentation within yourself. I also dive deep into what actually DOES work when it comes to overcoming fear, and why it's not so much a matter of overcoming, but learning how to walk with fear.
In this episode we dive into:
-why fearlessness is a short term bandaid and how it perpetuates the cultural narrative of invalidation as it relates to our emotions
-what the long term solution is for effectively interacting with your fear in a way where it doesn't get in the way
-how our relationship with fear is individual to us and is effected by not just our individual experiences, but social and cultural components that impact how we approach working with it.
-the relationship between fear and our bodies and why this is such a crucial element in changing your relationship with fear
-how to build safety and trust in yourself and why this is SO important when you're working on taking fear out of the drivers seat in your life and business
And SO MUCH MORE!
Episode 13: Shadow Work and You
What is shadow work, really? And how do you know if it's right for you? What does it look like? And how does shadow work help me to address my leadership challenges?
In this episode, I go deep into what your shadow is and why it's SO important for you to do this work. There are a lot of fears and hesitations when it comes to shadow work, and this episode address the fears and worries, and speaks to how it can transform your life and your business. You don't want to miss this one! Even if you know what shadow work is, I guarantee you'll learn something new and deepen your understanding!
We dive into:
-where the shadow comes from
-how to work with the shadow
-why shadow work guides you into shifting out of your long term patterns and fears
-the relationship between the shadow and the unconscious mind
-what the missing link is when it comes to knowing something in your mind, but struggling with embodying that knowing in your everyday
-how the shadow relates to leadership and business
-why context is important when you're considering what type of shadow work to do with and with whom
-what makes the shadow realm one of the most important things you can address within yourself if you want to change the world.
-how privilege and systemic oppression are in relationship with shadow work
-where the fear of shadow work comes from, and how to shift out of that space
-and so much more!
Episode 12: Chasing Clarity
It's a common struggle for all of us: finding direction and clarity. If you're a conscious human, who wants to grow, inevitably you will come across the question: and what now? What's the next step? What's my bigger picture vision?
And even though this is a question that comes up often, so many of us get stuck in seeking clarity, get stuck in finding the "right" answer, which leaves many in a state of inaction and frustration (usually at the self). Why can't I figure this out? Why can't I just move forward? Why aren't things clicking into place?
In this episode, we dive into:
-why it's important to change our approach to seeking clarity
-how chasing clarity actually ends up leaving you more confused and frustrated and what you can do to shift this dynamic
-where clarity comes from
-ways that you can open up the natural guidance system within you
-the energetics of clarity and it's relationship to your body
-the relationship between your expectations and clarity
-and so much more!!

Episode 10: Embodied Leadership Through the 5 Elements: The Ether Element
This is the last installment of this five part series on how to rise into deeper and higher levels of embodiment through the wisdom and guidance of the 5 elements of nature.
This week we dive into the ether element, which is a reflection of our relationship with the Highest Self, and with our collective consciousness. Tapping into your Highest Self is one of the single most important things you can do as you rise into different levels of embodied leadership. She is the lighthouse, She is the container, She is the energy of your deepest belonging in the Universe. Without developing a consistent connection and relationship with this part of who you are, you will remain stuck in ego and operating from that space, rather than learning how to embody and take action steps that are in alignment with your highest truth and purpose.
So if you put your spiritual practice last.... Don't.
In this episode we talk about:
-how to create the container within yourself that helps you to trust and surrender to your vision without getting stuck in ego stories.
-why connecting with the highest self is the key to leading from your Whole self, and how this will make the biggest shift for you in your business and life.
-how to connect with the Highest Self, and what specific meditation practices will help you do that
-why having a regular and consistent meditation practice is as important as brushing your teeth.
-how involving the body in your meditation practice is important for embodiment to occur
-why tapping into the Highest Self will create the channel for your creativity and vision to flow through you, instead of constantly being in battle with the ego over what's the next "right" thing to do
-how your Highest Self creates the bridge for you to get into the life and business that you truly desire, and how it makes you a CREATOR of your life.
And much more!!

This is the second installment of the this five part series on how to rise into deeper and higher levels of embodiment through the wisdom and guidance of the 5 elements of nature.
This week we dive into the fire element, which is a reflection of our relationship with the intuitive realm and with our truth. Intuition and truth is deeply interlinked: intuition connects you with soul wisdom and guidance, which is an expression of your ultimate truth and what you are here to do in this world.
In this episode we talk about:
-why it's not about killing the ego, but integrating the ego
-what does "your truth" really mean, and how you access it
-how intuition and truth is connected in the body and why it matters
-why developing a relationship with your intuition will change the way you live and lead
-what creates a division between you and your intuition, and how to shift into Wild Soul embodiment
-in the battle between head and heart, who wins? (hint...both do)
-what is the difference between our identities and our truth and why it matters
And much more!!

Episode 07: Embodied Leadership Through the 5 Elements: The Water Element
This is the second installment of the this five part series on how to rise into deeper and higher levels of embodiment through the wisdom and guidance of the 5 elements of nature.
This week we dive into the water element, which is a reflection of our relationship to the emotional realm. Having mastery and a sense of embodiment when it comes to emotions is CRUCIAL for effective, genuine, intentional and powerful leadership! Not only that, but your emotions are the GATEWAY into the unconscious realm and how you are *being* with your emotions, effects how quickly, intentionally and integratively (so key!!) you move into your next level of leadership and embodiment.
In this episode we talk about:
-why it's important not to categorize emotions as "bad" or "good" and how to step out of the unconscious patterns that has our conscious mind avoiding and villifying certain emotions, while forcefully trying to experience "good" emotions (which in the long run, doesn't actually work).
-how you get comfortable with uncomfortable emotions and why this is going to change the way you lead your business and life
-the emotions that are unconsciously affecting your life and business based on the gender your family, parents and society at large identified you with (which may or may not be the gender you identify with right now).
-how certain emotions like anger, shame, guilt and fear are generally the most uncomfortable, but are the {shadow} emotions you have to get to know in order to shed the layers that are creating obstacles for your next level of embodiment.
-why those uncomfortable emotions don't often register in your conscious mind, and yet they drive the majority of your decisions and affect how you show up in your business and life!
And SO much more!

Episode 06: Embodied Leadership Through the 5 Elements: The Air Element
Each one of us is deeply interconnected with nature and the 5 elements. Who we are and how we move with the rhthyms in nature is not only reflected in our physical body, but it's also embedded through our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as well.
Nature has such a profound power to reflect back to us what is already within us, and thus creates a potent opening into diving into deeper relationship with ourselves and with how we lead in our life and/or business.
This is the first installment of a 5 part series in which we dive into each one of the 5 elements, and through this attunement, start to reflect on how nature can teach us how to embody our leadership and our Wild Soul Self at an integrated and whole level.
This is the first installment of this 5 part series, and in this episode we explore the air element and provide space for you to tune into:
-the relationship between your thoughts and how the element of air manifests in your personal leadership
-how changing the relationship you have with your thoughts can shift the frequency with which you live from ego speak and creates more room for you to lead from soul speak
-why ego death isn't the ultimate goal, but rather soul integration
-why "changing your thoughts" doesn't work for the long-term and how trying to get rid of your thoughts perpetuates not feeling like you are/you are doing enough
-the difference between approaching your thoughts from a space of witnessing and compassion, rather than labeling certain thoughts as "bad" or "wrong"
and much more!
