Zedis lapedis! Have you heard the most stellar news? It's your turn to be a Supernova Girl! That's right, Proto Zoa is coming to the Wyndham Space Station and one lucky winner will be chosen!

That means Zenon Kar will have to be on her best behavior and stay out of trouble. Already on thin ice with her parents and the Commander, Zenon just needs to lie low for a few days. But when she accidently stumbles into a plot to destroy her home, Zenon just can't help herself.

Honestly, as a 30-something year old re-watching this film, I am consumed by a sense of awe and dread at the same time. Awe because we, as a people and a generation, had such high hopes for our future. Dread because of how far we haven't come. Zenon lives in 2049 out in a space station (the movie was released in 1999)...it's 2024, and all we've done is launch a car into space blasting music, just adding more junk into space.

Doom and gloom aside, the nostalgia was real when watching this film. Proto Zoa is hot as ever.

Welcome to 2024! A new year, new goals/hopes/dreams/whatever, and another year older right off the bat for me, your cuckoo co-host, Ani!

That's right, my birthday is just around the corner and here we are trying to celebrate as we get overrun by children (two specific children whom I love very much). Be prepared for a whole lot of confusion as I try to answer Misty's questions about my upcoming age change while having to juggle 2 toddlers that just appeared last minute to my house.

If this is a sign for what 34 will look like for me...bring it on. I'm ready to go over the waterfall strapped to a log, in llama form.

It's been one hell of a year. We've laughed, we've cried, we've gone completely bonkers, and we are ready for a "calm" new year.

2024 if you're listening, please be good/kind to us. We've been through enough shit; not just this podcast but as a generation. Please let us see something good for once. Give us hope for the elusive future we may or may not have 🙃

Tis the season to be jolly....or so they say.

I don't know about the rest of you, but this pretty much sums up the holiday spirit for me. I like Christmas because I receive presents...but it's not MY holiday (My/me being Ani). I don't loathe the holiday, unlike a certain green someone, but sometimes it gets close; Like when Christmas music starts playing as soon as we enter November and Mariah Carey defrosts.

We aren't the only ones who get bogged down by the stress and chaos of Christmas so this week we are bringing you the grumpiest Whovian to ever Who....I just realized that the Whovians of Whoville and Dr. who fans have the same name and....that kinda checks out tbh. So check out this not wibbly wobbly timey wimey grumpy, holiday review of How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

Johnn McClane just wants to see his wife and kids for the holidays and hopefully patch up their marriage. Instead he ends up having to save the late night denizens of Nakatomi Plaza as they enjoy their company holiday party.

International robbers, excessive use of gunfire, horrible play acting at the front desk, and impressive hacking skills are not match for John McClane, NYPD, and one LAPD cop that was down on his luck. And let's not forget the newbie limo driver rocking out in the garage with an oversized teddy bear that comes to the rescue at just the right time,

We were supposed to have a D&D episode for you today, but alas, technical difficulties ensued and we bring you...Dusk: A Bite Size Love Story - aka a Twilight Play.

We (being Misty, Ani, Erin, and Amber!) had so many feelings about this: Why is this real? How bad could it be? Why am I enjoying this so much?

The answers to all of those questions are revealed within the play because, really, it's a bunch of Gen Z shit-posting about a franchise that us millennials loved, hated, loathed, and loved again (due to many personal reasons).

Anyways, sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride as Bella (x3) tells Renegade, I mean Retrograde, I mean Resentment, I mean Renesme...how her and Edwin (a la Edward) met and "fell in love".

Happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate! To all who don't, here's a not-so wholesome movie review for your ears to pass the day along.

We tried so hard to find a Thanksgiving themed movie to review for yall and we ended up with this monstrosity of a film...y'all, the budget for this film was spot on.

If you recall, we mentioned the budge for Velocipastor - another film of epic stupidity - was $35k. It need not have been. But the budget for this film was $3500. Gauranteed the 2k of that budget went to the turkey puppet. The rest of the budget, I'm sure, went to the pornstar at the very beginning of the film.

Now that you have all this information, enjoy a killer Turkey!
