This is the age of cancel culture and protest. This weekend I really pondered on if attending a counter-protest or rally is even worth it. 

Two LA County Sheriff deputies were ambushed by a lone gunman while sitting in their patrol car. In this episode the only thing I would like to drive home if for both polarizing sides to reflect on their insensitivities and change it.

This is something I always wanted to talk about because I hear it so often. In my opinion and experience, its not effective and it explains nothing.  I encourage you to stop doing it. Listening would be preferable, but I totally understand if you are offended by being called a racist based on having differing views from someone else. Tune in and hear what I got to say.

A 17-year old boy killed two people during one of the nights of a protest in Kenosha, WI in response to the police shooting of Jacob Blake. The narrative of the incident of this teenage Is messed up. The right wing media and other influencers are not touching this and telling the real truth about him and the ideology that hey prescribed too.  Press play as I break down many truths of this case. 

I briefly and generally talk about recent challenges I have had with my mental, spiritual and physical health. It is important to know that it is ok to not be okay some times. Let's be vulnerable with people and in places we trust. I hope everyone is happy and healthy.
