I just wish everyone would be treated equally when expressing their first amendment right. Truth is they can say whatever they want. However, if it doesn't fit the narrative of the complainer then its a problem. This happens on the Right and the Left. Its very sickening. 

I absolutely loved this and I am waiting for the Captain America and right wing media is  about to go after them. I am hoping that some female celebrities will endorse them and share their message.  They have that right too. 

The national media is controlling the narrative of what's going on in Portland. The media is making folks believe that the entire city is on fire and its not true. I am asking that everyone leaves the federal courthouse immediately and go in front of city hall and get the momentum back on the issues that started all of this. We are gaining nothing for black lives from facing off with federal officers. That's my opinion and perspective.  I want us to leave Trump and his right wing media with their Dicks in their hands at the end of the day. If there is no contention with the deferral officers then it will be hard for them to report that you are contending with feds. 

Folks don't fall for it. If you don't live in Portland you would think that the entire city is on fire. You would think that citizens are in so much danger that the president needs to send in the military. However, that is not the case. Pay close attention to the narrative in the national news. If you start to hear that there is a state of emergency......don't believe it. 

I'm almost speechless, but these two are ridiculous in my opinion. I will admit that being in leadership can be very difficult, but I have no grace for their most recent actions.  These are liberal and progressive officials, however they are using the same tactics they claim that are fighting against in Trump. I believe Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler and Council woman Joann Hardesty are petty in their politics and their most recent action could be extremely dangerous for the city of Portland. 

I dive in to a flash point that has reached national news. There are so many perspectives and experiences and let's try to do some critical thinking here. There has been unethical actions of the federal officers that I feel have been unwarranted like snatching people up in unmarked vehicles. The unmarked vehicles are not the problem though. anyways....tune in

How long are we going to sit and procrastinate and push things off? We constantly say one day I'm going to do this or that. I got a really valuable piece of advice from a co-worker this week and I'm glad to say I've used it this past week and has been successful at accomplishing a goal that I've been dying to do for months. So you will sit around continuing saying "One day" or you will get up off of your ass and make it Day one!

I take a brief moment to recognize a significant moment in his life and in the history of the United States. We say goodbye to an icon and true social justice warrior. His Legacy  will be here forever. Rest easy Mr. Lewis. #John Lewis
