Today on The Soul Frequency Show, I sat down with the innovative Whitney Eckis, to learn more about her new product Get Supr. Whitney describes herself as a serial entrepreneur who has her hand in five businesses. She is the founder and CEO of Eckis Marketing, a creative communication-based agency that elevates brands through social media, influencer relations, branding, and creative strategy. Whitney came on the podcast today to chat about Get Supr, her instant coffee product infused with hemp.
Get Supr’s unique blend of coffee and CBD helps drinkers avoid the classic caffeine jitters and instead leaves them feeling both focussed and relaxed. Whitney founded Get Supr after realizing she could no longer tolerate caffeine, so she created an alternative to still have her coffee without the anxious caffeine jitters. In this episode we discuss how Get Supr works, how CBD affects mental health, and the benefits of natural alternatives.
We also let you know how to enter our giveaway to win some Get Supr, so listen to the episode below.

Lydia has trained with world-renowned holistic facial rejuvenation experts such as Amanda Shayle and Dr. Martha Lucas, and now runs her own clinic, The Beauty Within.

We all have dreams, and dreams are exciting. It’s important to have dreams. It’s also important to write them down and put energy behind them. It’s important to put your intentions into the universe and ask for your dreams to be called into your life and your reality. Today on The Soul Frequency, I sat down with the wonderful Sherry Stirling Fernandez, to learn more about her book Life Mastery, and her program of the same name, that teaches us how to progress toward our infinite potential and ultimately, how to be happy. Sherry’s life story started with humble beginnings and against all odds she found success, not only financially, but in all eight areas of Life Mastery; physical, spiritual, relationships, education, motivation, lifestyle, and character. The Life Mastery Program is a result of her careful study of the principles of success, and a lifetime of practicing those principles. In this conversation we talk about dreams, the importance of writing them down, and how to overcome that voice in our head that says we won’t achieve them. We also discuss the keys to living a happy life, and how each Life Mastery area is equally important. If you’re interested in hearing more about Sherry and her Life Mastery Program then listen to the episode below. Once you’re done, grab a pen, and write your own Big Dreams List.

Today on The Soul Frequency I sat down with the wonderful Adam C. Hall to discuss his journey to rediscovering his true nature. In April 2012, Adam was meditating when his spirit guides appeared and took him on a deep journey. This journey taught him to connect with a new energetic field away from his body and linear mind. Adam met with an ascended master who taught him about his own truths and the thirteen universal wisdom teachings Adam relays in his book Devine Genius: The Unlearning Curve.
Now Adam works as an author, speaker, futurist, social architect, impact investor and advisor, and conservationist, to help others on their spiritual journeys and transformations.
In this conversation we learn about Adam’s life prior to his personal transformation and how he lived as a corporate businessman. We learn about his journey to who he is now, the lessons he learned along the way, and how important it is to listen to the universe when it calls. Adam also shares one wisdom teaching from his book and where we can find him and his work.

Let’s take a big deep breath before we talk about judgement. If you’re drawn to this episode then you’ve most likely felt judged, or have felt yourself judging others. Judgement, as a whole, has many negative connotations. It makes us feel icky when we think about judging or being judged. Today on The Soul Frequency Show, we discuss where judgement comes from, how to overcome it in certain situations, and why judgement is a gift at times. We also talk about how Saturn is currently in Retrograde and what this means for you and your frequency. Saturn is responsible for our boundaries, structure, and work life. Saturn Retrograde asks us to re-evaluate these things. It’s time to ask yourself; who have I been in the past? What is it I want to take forward, and what is it I want to leave behind? If you’re interested in hearing more about judgement, what it means, and how to shift your perspective on it, then listen to the episode below.
(00:24) Introducing today’s episode, How To Stop Judging People. (02:25) A perspective shift on judgement. (07:06) Become curious about your judgement. (09:54) Saturn Retrograde. (12:22) How judgement can be a gift.

As always, my hope for you is that you love big and live abundantly! xoIn this episode of The Soul Frequency I sat down with entrepreneur Scout Sobel, to discuss her story, and how she came to be the successful and motivational entrepreneur that she is.
Scout is the founder of Scout’s Agency, co-host of the Okay Sis podcast, and host of Scout’s Podcast. She is a trailblazer in the media industry for utilizing podcasts as a powerful form of PR. She is also the author of the book, The Emotional Entrepreneur, which acts as an emotional guide for those looking to start or grow their own business. As Scout openly shares, her journey to success hasn’t been an easy or particularly linear one. She has been through many challenges after being diagnosed with bipolar disorder over 15 years ago, which at points did not allow her to work, study, or function in today’s society.
In this episode we discuss Scout’s diagnosis, her journey to healing, and how she used her experiences and talents to create an empire that inspires and motivates other women.

Whenever something feels out of reach, whether it is a healing journey, or a relationship journey, I always ask myself what it is I’m missing. What don’t I understand? Where do I need to go to get answers, or to come to peace with this? Today on The Soul Frequency I discuss these questions and this feeling through the lens of my own life.
I wanted to talk to you guys about a journey I have been on to heal a neck injury I suffered a few years ago. Having been a dancer and a cheerleader when I was younger, I never stopped to consider my limitations. It wasn’t until my neck injury that I learned to be grateful for my body and what it can do. Though I felt so emotional and lost, it was during this time that I began my business and progressed on my spiritual journey. It’s important to remember that life and its lessons are nonlinear, and are often not apparent until you’ve lived through them.
In this episode I talk about who we become on the road to a destination, and how important it is to trust your intuition and to reflect on how you have progressed.
“If you keep believing, keep knowing, and keep walking forward, your wisdom grows, and that wisdom is valuable not only to your life, but to those people you love, and whomever you decide to share it with.”
If you feel like something is missing in your life, or you just feel like you’re on a journey you don’t yet understand, you may find something powerful in this week’s episode.
