This podcast includes an alignment with the Solar Energies.Following a rare direct initiation from the Spirit in 1998, Kati Medini Sivula trained extensively with many spiritual traditions and teachers. She has been following changes in the Sun for over 17 years. She become so sensitive to its consciousness that she can usually perceive an upcoming solar flare prior to it being reported. During the Venus transit of 2004, the Sun literally woke her up by touching her, in a room that does not get direct sunlight, in the early hours of the morning.

A number of Starseeds on the planet have a connection with this benevolent group of high-dimensional beings. The Mantis beings are an extra-terrestrial race that have evolved into a higher dimension. They are here to assist some Starseeds in the ascension process. There are some Insectoid ET races that are not benevolent to humanity. This race is very benevolent and seek to be helpful. This race have features similar to the Praying Mantis, however, they stand upright and are around 9 feet tall. They mostly have a long, thin light-green torso and radiate a golden aura. Their energy is extremely wise and loving.

This meditation is designed to help you gain greater insight into an issue in your life. This is done by experiencing the issue from three different perspectives. Firstly, that of your unconscious mind. Secondly, from the viewpoint of your conscious mind (both masculine and feminine hemispheres). Finally, from the perspective of your Higher Mind. All three levels contain valuable insights that together form a spectrum of information and insight into the situation.

This meditation helps to transform the energy of a challenging/stressful situation into higher frequencies of light. Everything is energy. A thought is energy. An emotion is energy. Every challenging situation is an energy field locked in place for various reasons. This meditation seeks to unlock, release, soften and transform the energies that keep the challenging reality in place. Once the energy begins to shift there can be new movement and possibilities within the situation. Miracles can and do happen! Before doing this meditation bring to mind a situation that is stressful or challenging. Not the most traumatic but one that is painful or constricting and still holds a significant charge. (Highly traumatic experiences such as the death of a loved one, physical violence or abuse that continue to cause high levels of toxic stress in the body need a different approach). In this meditation the four archangels offer gifts for the issue/challenge in mind:Raphael - Peace and Clarity and Grace for the mind. New insights in time.Michael – Greater sense of power in this situation. A new sense of courage. A new sense of resolve. Gabriel - Compassion and grace for the heart. New feelings about this in time. Uriel - Groundedness and strength in the body. New paths of action in time.

"I Am a Free Sovereign Being. I Activate the Full Power and Resonance of My Being. I am a vast Being of Light, not limited by time or space. I am connected to the great Web of Life. My consciousness is spacious, I am expanding beyond all limits. I Am a Free Sovereign Being. I own my power; I own my light. In this time of ascension, I am called to move beyond all chaos on the earth-plane. I do this through recognising my true nature as expansive light. I am done wasting my time with beings or situations that are bound by limitation and suffering those who do not choose to live in the light..."

In this meditation Sandalphon opens a portal to allow us to go deep into the crystalline grid where we are directed to a Temple of Angelic healing Light. There, in a great hall within the temple, you will meet four angels of angelic healing. Each angel is waiting to transmit a healing ray to you. The first angel is that of Aquamarine Blue that transmits light into the cells of your body. The second is the angel of Rose Pink that transmits this healing light into the skeletal system. The third angel is that of pearl White that transmits this healing light into the blood of your body. The fourth and final angel of that of Pale Lavender that transmits this healing light into all the chakra centres in your body.

In this time of ascension there are times when you can expand your field and bathe in the wonderful energies of Gaia or of a like-minded community. There are other times when we must be more mindful and be a light warrior. In this meditation (recorded on the Lionsgate 8-8-19 portal) we call upon the Galactic High Council for protection. We ask for light warriors of the highest light to come and protect our energy fields. Starseeds are wanderer souls and have connections with many star races. We can call to these races for protection at this time of ascension. We can call on Galactic Light warriors to come and protect our energy fields from lower frequency beings that seek to interfere with our energy fields.
