The Soul Matrix

In the 3D Matrix so much suffering has been generated because of differences, arguments and persecution over religious belief. A Heretic could be defined as an incarnated soul who differs in opinion from the established religious rules or dogma. Such a one may even go against the rules or dogma publicly. Many Starseeds, in other 3D incarnations, have suffered for speaking against repressive and limiting authoritarian systems of belief. This can certainly create problems when it comes to the awakening/ascension process especially when there is the calling to step beyond the judgments, opinions and resistance of others to step onto the path of the heart. This transmission is intended to clear any ‘past’ lifetime where you suffered trauma, death, imprisonment, public humiliation, exile or torture. It is intended to clear lower astral energies and entities attached through past life trauma, shock, stress. It is time to clear anything inhibiting or blocking you opening to your true light and following your authentic path.

This interview includes an introductory meditation to the technique. Kara Goss is a Multidimensional Healer, Awakener, and Ascension Facilitator. Kara’s mission is to provide individuals with acquired inner guidance and assist them in facilitating their awakening and ascension process. She offers support; empowering others to step into their highest level of unconditional love so that they may learn to connect with their own spirit, soul, and essence and teams of light so they can align with their highest divine soul mission in this lifetime. In April of 2014, Kara experienced an overnight awakening. She literally went to bed as one person and awoke to an entirely different life that was surrounded by the many levels of the spiritual dimensions. After the initial shock, Kara set to work, fully trusting in her inner guidance system and her deep connection to the angelic realms. She later joined her various star systems who have taught her everything she has learned over the years.

This transmission assists Starseeds to incorporate light as part of their daily intake of energy. This is part of the shift from 3D density to a lighter 5D physical body. The body cannot get all of its nutrients from physical food. The soil of the planet is mostly too degraded. We need a higher frequency of light to start replacing the heavier aspects of our diet. Please note, this transmission is not intended to shift you into giving up all physical food. This is not the intention. Rather it will assist in shifting the diet to include more light. There are a number of aspects to this transmission. First, we must reverse the Patriarchal myth that the sun is essentially masculine. The sun, like the earth, has both masculine and feminine poles. In ancient times the sun was believed to be feminine. When we return to this ancient understanding then we can view the sun as nurturer, as provider. Then we can align with this intelligent energy source and be fed by Her rays. We do this by aligning our Body Consciousness so that it can drink in and absorb these rays.

"When we speak about ascension we must also talk about consciousness. We must understand that our consciousness is not one thing but is rather many layered. We have a conscious mind that has two aspects. The left-brain is the rational, logical, reasonable, strategic part of us. The right-brain is the creative, imaginative, intuitive part of us. Often these two aspects act like divorced parents. Perhaps one is more dominant and seeks to control or repress the other. In our left-brain dominant world, we are often trained to trust our logical mind and suppress our intuitive mind. Of course, it can happen the other way around where we become the artistic or spiritual rebel and disown our logical mind. The ascension process seeks to heal this artificial split that has been going on for far too long. When this happens there is a sacred marriage within our consciousness. The yang left-brain and the yin right-brain work together. You could imagine this as an infinity symbol within the brain. Both aspects working in unity. There is true partnership rather than disharmony..........."

Starseeds tend to be empathic. Yet, like moths drawn to the flame, Starseed-Empaths can be drawn into soul sucking friendships or relationships with 3D Narcissists. Such relationships can leave a Starseed-Empath feeling exhausted at best and unhinged and suicidal at worst. A Starseed-Empath will usually attract such a relationship to learn important lessons. A Starseed-Empath tends to be a generous open person that wishes to share their love and light. However, they may have been conditioned within a 3D Family to tip into over-giving and self-sacrifice as a way of finding love and appreciation. They may have been conditioned into manifesting weak boundaries. On the other hand, a 3D narcissist is the exact opposite and will have no issue with crossing boundaries, blaming, shaming and taking a Starseed-Empath’s energy and light and anything else that seems to be on offer with little remorse. In this meditation you will clear the energies and patterning that lead you into rescuing or giving away your energy to people or situations that drain your light and vitality.

“An often-overlooked factor in healing is work with the body elemental. The body elemental is in charge of manifesting the divine blueprint for your body. Innocent and childlike, masterful and intelligent. That body elemental is also given the responsibility of keeping your vital subconscious functions working in order: it governs respiration and the rate of the heart. As soon as there is a wound in the body, it immediately rushes in to close that wound and prevent infection. The antibodies flow into that area not purely by happenstance but by direction, because there is a vital intelligence within you that is a part of God.” ~Teachings of the Ascended Masters, Hilarion the HealerIn this meditation we meet, communicate and work with the Body Elemental to release any aspects that need to return to the Crystalline Grid of the Earth. We also invite new elemental energies that are more in line with your ascension path of light. We clear any agreements or promises made with the bloodlines or from other lifetimes that is interfering with the functioning of the Body Elemental. We then unify the Younger Self with the Conscious Self. We then unify the Conscious Self with the Higher Self thus unifying all Three Selves.
