Welcome back! In this week's episode we chat all about the cycles of healing. The Akashic Records refer to this as the layers of the onion we peel back and work on. Each layer is a lesson, a struggle. When we start peeling back layers, new ones appear. In this week's episode we chat about the difference between connecting to your Higher Self and connecting to the Akashic Records. Energetically and informationally speaking they are very different. Many of you listening probably already connect with your Higher Self (or Soul) and receive guidance. It’s something we have the right to as a Soul incarnated in this human experience. Certain circumstances and situations may move us away from making this “normal.” On the other hand the Akashic Records is also something we all have access to, although we may not all feel called to open our own, this is very personal.
