Thus, we decided to host a mini-series to discuss similar topics and hopefully educate others as best we can on the world of tax, accounting and corporate life in general. This week I am joined with Emma Coffey founder of Final Bend & UGC. As a girl in her early twenties, having only recently finished college, Emma has already achieved so much. Emma founded her athleisure business while she was in fifth- year of school and has continued to grow exponentially as a brand ever since.

Sustainability has been a core value of Emma's business and within this episode, we discuss in-depth the logistics of implementing sustainability and what essentially are the steps that one must take and the areas one must consider if they too wish to take a more sustainable approach in business.

Moreover, we touch on the transformation of influencer marketing which led to her founding her second business UGC. A brand that focuses on strategically aligning businesses with individuals who can promote their products but most importantly, individuals who authentically represent what it is the brand stands for.

This week we are back with Season 4 Episode 3!! On this episode, I sit down with Lorraine Hogan aka. The Wellness Coach to discuss all things women's circles, cacao and finding your true, authentic self. To begin this discussion, Lorraine elaborates on her life, previously having worked as a social care worker for 18+ years. Following her time as a social care worker, she noted something was missing and pursued her current business in wellness. It has been nothing but success for her ever since. A big believer in manifesting and energy, she has been able to connect with herself and create the life that she truly desires. While there is no doubt it has been hard work from the get-go, it has all been worth it for Lorraine to now be able to branch into holistic practises, bring communities together and provide people with the tools to thrive. In stripping back her life and encouraging others to do the same, she and others have found true happiness in the simplest of things like being outdoors, connecting and getting to know themselves.
