I couldn't have picked the worst time to make the switch for the first time ever to aluminum-free deodorant. That's right... the week of giving birth to my firstborn. It wasn't until years later I mastered how to use aluminum-free deodorant successfully by learning all about body odor and what causes it. I want to share with you in this episode what I learned and share some deodorants that I absolutely love!

I absolutely love being able to help you create a peaceful pregnancy. I can tell you just drink ginger tea for nausea or wear some wrist bands but understanding why nausea happens is the key. I had 3 main ones but I threw in so many other ones I learned from experience.

I want to add in... and when you listen to the episode you'll understand why I say this, but counseling can help too.

An added tip I forgot to mention- check if you are thirsty. Thirst can also cause nausea.
