March 31, 2021 Stuart interviews Adam Galbraith successful dancer, actor & property investor.
In this episode Stuart interviews Adam Galbraith who has had a successful career as a dancer and actor appearing on stage, film and TV.
More recently he has been investing in property alongside his career after realising how bad his pension was going to be. Since then Adam has invested in multiple projects using different strategies including buy to let, rent to rent & serviced accommodation. He has done this in several location like Glasgow, Cambridge, Crew and is now starting to invest in Liverpool.
Adam has also started a Clubhouse group to help other people from the creative industries understand how to invest in property as well as inspire and support them.

March 17, 2021 Stuart interviews - Ricci & Louise who flip properties to help build their portfolio.
In this week's episode Stuart is joined by Ricci and Louise from Perfect Abode who talk about balancing their challenging career and property investment. Ricci is a firefighter and Louise works in the Pharmaceutical industry so they have very busy lives alongside property investment. However they manage to find time to build their portfolio of buy to lets, flip properties to build up capital to reinvest and now add extra cashflow from HMO's as well. Ricci also talks about his background in the construction industry and how that has helped them especially with the flips. Ricci and Louise also share tips that you can use to replicate some of what they do.

March 10, 2021 Keep moving forward by going direct to vendor (D2V)
Maybe you have noticed that it's quite difficult to pick up good deals at the moment. The Stamp Duty holiday has been extended and 95% LTV mortgages are coming meaning that the sellers market is likely to keep going strong. This is positive in many ways but how do we as investors keep moving forward?
Stuart shares some ideas that coliveit use to find Direct to Vendor leads and might be helpful to try if you don’t have a direct to vendor campaign. Like most things in property the strategies discussed take time and persistence. However sourcing direct to vendor deals along side on market deals could keep you moving forward.

March 10, 2021 Stuart interviews - Rosie & Allan who invest 200 miles from home for better returns.
In this week's episode Stuart interviews Rosie and Allan from Arch Investments a husband and wife team who live in Kent but chose to invest in the North West to get a better return. They share how they found the area, the realities of investing so far away (over 200 miles) and how they have found the right people to work on their projects.
Rosie was also very close to leaving her job at the time of recording this episode so she discusses how she managed to negotiate a change to her hours to enable her to devote more time to property investment. Rosie also described how she has managed to transition from having a job in an office full of colleagues to a full time property investor which is known for being quite a lonely job.

January 20, 2021 Using sweat equity to get started in property investment
Unless you're very fortunate, have disposable income to save a deposit or have money from other sources, getting a deposit for your first investment property will be very difficult. It will also be slow and if you're not careful you could get thrown off course by life and never get started. Sweat equity could help you build some capital to get you started and you could even use it to find a mentor.
This won't be for everyone and there are definitely skills you need to learn but if you want to get started or keep your budget very tight it might be time o get your hands dirty.
