In this episode Stuart interviews Mike Clay from Clay Properties who has gone from being an IT Director to a full time property investor in around three years. He talks about student HMOs and why they are the main focus for the time being. Mike also describes why he deciding that property investment was something to pursue then from that point how he planned and executed his exit. This doesn't sound like the most exciting subject so we have kept the episode short but we believe that knowing some of these signs to watch out for between your EICR inspections can only be a good thing.

In this episode Stuart and by Lara Bezzina (the other half of their invesment company coliveit) to talk about what to look out when you're inspecting properties you own to make sure you spot risky damage or use of electrical items in relation to electrical safety.
