First I did so great for a few days, sometimes even for a few hours, and then it all collapsed. I couldn't change it all at once. It was too much.

Then I found a different strategy. It was all about slow and steady change. I tried it and it works like a charm, I just needed to share this simple yet effective strategy with you.

Even though the process of overcoming our fears and limiting beliefs, is pretty straight forward, executing the process is freaking hard.

After we've discovered your fears and limiting beliefs in Episode 84. Let's dive into phase 2 and three of overcoming them.

Questions to ask your intuition:

• What is it that your afraid of?

• Where does this fear come from? Any experiences, stories, phrases you've encountered that branded you?

• What is your worst-case scenario? (Here your ego needs to charm in)

• Are you ready to let go of this fear?

• What needs to happen before you can let go?

• What do you choose instead?

Questions you'll want to ask your intuition when a fear reappears:

• Why is this fear or limiting belief popping up again?

• What triggered me?

• Why did it trigger me?

• What do I need to let go of?

• What needs to happen for me to release?

• Which lesson haven't I yet learned?

• What do I need to learn?

In our heads thoughts are bouncing around non stop, all the time.

Most of the time we don't even recognize that we're thinking them.

Even though these thoughts conscious and unconscious make up our reality.

We need to get into control over our thought ASAP, so we're able to create the creative life of our dreams.

Questions that will help you uncover your fears and negative beliefs:

• Which negative, judgmental, degrading thoughts do you think about yourself and others over and over?
• What type of language do you use when it comes to money, working mothers, running your own business,..? Is it an empowering, positive language or is it judgmental and negative?
• Which of your dreams do your think are realistic, promising, and worth your attention? Why aren't the others?
• What are people talking to you about over and over?
• What scares you?
• Where are you stuck? Is there anything in your life that you would love to change, but you can't seem to make the change?
• Monitor your thoughts throughout the day for a week, write down all worries, fears, and limiting beliefs you hear yourself thinking or talking about?

My favorite mindset tool is a vision board. It's especially powerful for us creatives, remembering, and experiencing emotions through images.

Vision Boards are visual representations of our dreams and desires. They're triggering emotions within us and help us move closer to our dreams.

Loving ourselves is quite en vogue right now. It seems like everyone is talking about it. Even though it's intended well just telling us we need to do certain things to show our self-love isn't going to help us. We all know how to hide our shame, behind acts that could seem like self-love, but are in truth ways of hiding and denying our truth, because we're afraid that we won't fit in.

It's an icky feeling and we all know it. It's time we're getting clear on what self-love truly is and stop acting as if to fit in.

Let's start healing together, let's move into self-love.
