the sparkling creative

When we strive for something big like building a creative business, or becoming who were truly meant to be, we're surfing on a pink cloud for a while.

However there comes a moment when we've turned over too many rocks, faced too many new possibilities, failed a couple of times, and had a glimpse of what could be that we're crumbling.

Things get overwhelming, emotional, scary, exciting, beautiful all at the same time. This is the moment in coaching we describe as the in-between, it's a challenging phase that requires letting go of the past and letting come of the new.

Today we're diving into the in-between, and I'll make sure to give you the first steps to get going when you find yourself in this in-between place.

Reflection Questions of todays episode:

What is holding me back from stepping into my greatness?

What needs to happen before I can leave this in the past?

I would also LOVE it if you'd leave a podcast rating or review on iTunes or your preferred listening app!

Throughout the past couple of coaching sessions, I had with my clients, I discovered they're all haunted by a theme.

They all feel overwhelmed and stressed, they desire to make big changes within 2023, they have gigantic goals, and want to hit the ground running.

They're worried- They do not know how to get things done and not fail at their big goals.

If you feel similarly at the moment it's time to take a breath!

Slow down and figure out what is really going in here.

Dive into today's session with me and experience a different approach to creating your dreams-

What a brainwash it is. You just need to have the right strategies and you're business will take off.

I know it sucks, but it's nonsense if it was true we'd all be millionaires in no time.

So the question becomes what is the reason for some people to become thriving artists and for others to struggle to get by.

Tune into today's episode where I talk about the secret.

Coaching- here coaching there. Everyone is sharing their wonderful coaching methods and promoting their program.

But what is coaching? How do we know someone is a coach? A consultant?

A mentor?

All helping professions are needed and wonderful, but let's get clear on what a coach actually is and does, so you know whenever the time comes and you're looking to invest in help what to look out for.

Selling seems to be THE tabu topic for artists.

Somehow we're all trained to think that selling is sleazy and that we can't be selling our work, without selling our soul in the process.

Let's just call this out, it's bullshit.

Let me show you a different way to sell your work.

Letting emotions, the experience lead the process.
