Welcome back to another episode of The Spiritual AF Podcast.

In this episode Lisa & Heather open up about "miscarriages" and the BS stigma that needs to end.  A recent traumatic event with a dear friend who experienced the loss of her in-utero baby has brought up a lot of emotion for both Lisa and Heather.  Lisa opens up about the grief she is processing around the losses she and her husband experienced.  

Lisa and Heather share the real and raw truth around the losses they experienced.  Both had unique and different experiences, one who had support of others while one was left expected to "move on" not sharing the loss with others, unable to grieve the losses.

Despite what society has conditioned us to believe, the loss of a child at any time and in any capacity deserves acknowledgement.  It is only when we stop being resistant to receiving, when let go of the need to be strong, independent and "handle it" alone, that we ultimately become stronger than ever before.

Whether you have experienced this loss or not, this episode is for you.  It is our message, our hope and our dream that women will allow themselves to receive the love and support that they deserve.

Grab a drink and a comfy seat!  In this episode we jump right into our experiences with ascension.

Ascension can be many things, depending on the person and their beliefs.  Think of life like a video game, our souls purpose is to level up.  As we level up, we first have to acknowledge our beliefs may not be our own, they may not be for the highest and greatest good and that it is OK for us to let them go.  Ascension is listening to our souls/higher-self/intuition/God/Universe/Source and TRUSTING in the divine plan, knowing things will work out.

Ascension is also moving from our current 3D to 5D.

Ascension symptoms can include:

• time speeding up
• ears ringing
• sensitivity to noise and light
• vivid dreams
• cravings
• deja vu
