Are your thoughts determining your reality or is reality determining itself? When we are deeply identified with our thoughts our perspective on reality is warped. In this video I begin speaking about this with the example of the rain. Some see it as a burden and some see it as a blessing. Transcending identification with thoughts liberates us from our impulsive reaction to our surroundings altogether.

The very essence of Islam is Tawhid (Oneness). Here we dive into Islam and Non-duality to see that Tawhid is to be recognised in our waking reality rather than occupied as just a belief.
