The Starman/Manhunter Adventure Hour

This month I start with Manhunter 11 with has two 11 page stories. The first story continues with Mark's adventures in Australia. The second story we see what Sylvia Kandrey has been up to since she last ran up against Manhunter.

Then we cover Starman 8 where Will meets... Lady Quark. One of the survivors of The Crisis on Infinite Earths!

And since we covered the January comics last issue, we won't have Cop-A-Comics Comic Rack this month. But it will be back next month.

Come take a listen!

After a haitus for the holidays, G.I. Joe: A Real American Headcast returns. Sorry for the delay, but we are back....

Today myself, Pat and Jarrod, presents for your listening pleasure, Episode 17, where we look at issue 17 of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, where we continue our look at the adventures of the Joes. We follow up after Hawk is shot by Cobra Commander and Snake Eyes and Kwinn contninuing looking for their enemy, Dr. Venom. Also, I let the Crusader Chroniclers infect me and this episode is a bit more musical than normal.

Then at 39 minutes in, we look at the final episode of The Pyramid of Darkness, the concluding episode of the start of the G.I. Joe cartoon.

Then finally at an hour and nineteen minutes in to the show, I finally play the second part of my amazing conversation with Buzz Dixon. After our conversation, at about the 2 hour and 44 minute mark, I play a clip I found of Chris Latta, the wonderful voice behind Cobra Commander, doing some of his stand up comedy.

I end the episode with Postbox: The Pitt at 2 hours and 52 minutes

Yo Joe!

The Invasion is over... Now join us for the new normal and an almost normal length episode. I say that, because I'm making a couple of slight changes to the format of the show. Instead of reviewing the same numbered books (for instance Starman 10 and Manhunter 10), I'm going to review books that came out in the same month (more or less).

This month I start with Manhunter 10.

Then at 31 on minutes in, I hit on Starman 7.

Finally at 56 minutes in, I bring out a new section of the show (which I've stolen from many other podcasts) Cop-A-Comics Comic Rack. Listen in to hear more about the new segment.

Come take a listen!

Wecome the the 16th episode of G.I. Joe: A Real American Headcast. After a new introduction by a special guest (who'll we'll hear more about later), me and the guys take a look at Night Attack. As you can guess from the title, Cobra prepares for a night attack which our Joe team must thwart.

Then at 39 minutes, we look at the 4th episode of G.I. Joe. This one is The Pyramid of Darkness 4: Chaos in the Sea of Lost Souls. The Joe's newest member Quick Kick (stop laughing guys) save Bazooka and Alpine from killer seals. Also, Satin helps Snake-Eyes, Shipwreck and their pets escape Enterprise City. Join us to find out what else happens.

Then at an hour and five minutes in to the show, I introduce a VERY special guest. The amazing Buzz Dixon, one of the writers of the G.I. Joe cartoon, plus an assortment of other shows from the 80's that I love, joins me in the Pitt as we talk about G.I. Joe, his career and G.I. Joe The Movie. This is part one of a multi-part talk.

I close out the show seeing what our beloved Starman is doing with the JLI in Justice League International 24, well at least he's in the second story in the book.

This time, Aaron, Jarrod Alberich, Pat Sampson, and Kevin Reitzel join up to look at issue 15 of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero.
