Sometimes what we’re reacting to isn’t the real issue; it’s just the surface.
In this episode, I’m processing what it looks like to stop managing symptoms and start tracing things back to their root. The anxiety. The stress. The stories we tell ourselves. The ways we convince ourselves we’re “fine” when we haven’t actually dealt with it.
This is a conversation about honesty, the kind that starts within. About faith. About stress. About the uncomfortable work of admitting what’s really there so we can finally experience peace.
Because I’m learning in real time: I can’t heal what I don’t admit.
Sometimes it feels like the instructions come at the last minute. Like you’re driving in one lane and suddenly you’re told to turn — now. No warning. No map. No full picture.
In this episode, I talk about what it feels like to trust direction when you don’t have a clear outline. When you’re used to having a to-do list. When you’re comfortable with structure. And now you’re in a space where the only thing you can do is trust that the next step will show up right on time.
We’re talking about stillness. About discomfort. About not forcing doors open. About trusting that if you’re obedient in the moment you’re in, the next instruction will come when it’s supposed to.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re waiting on clarity — this one is for you.

I didn’t expect a push-up challenge to turn into a whole lesson about how we talk to ourselves; but it did! While I was struggling through my reps, I caught myself coaching my way through it… “you got 10 more… you got 5… finish strong.” Hearing that back made me realize how much mental strength it takes to stay committed when something feels hard or uncomfortable.

Your purpose is bigger than your fear.
In this episode, I’m talking about that inner voice — the one that pushes you forward when you want to quit — and how learning to coach yourself can carry you through challenges, fear, and even the uncomfortable spaces where growth happens. Sometimes progress isn’t about being perfect… it’s about pressing through and reminding yourself that you’re capable.
We’ve all heard the saying “making a mountain out of a molehill,” but this episode explores how real that experience can feel when fear and doubt take over. Sometimes we build scenarios in our minds that feel overwhelming—only to realize, once we step into them, that we were already prepared.
This conversation reflects on procrastination, fear-driven thinking, and the courage it takes to move forward anyway. When you face what you’re avoiding, clarity replaces doubt, and you begin to see that the path in front of you isn’t a mistake—it’s preparation in action. The lesson is simple: take the step, trust the process, and don’t let fear decide your direction.

During a rare Tennessee snowstorm, I continued my daily walks—finding beauty in the stillness, the quiet, and the slowing down. A simple question from someone else—“Aren’t you scared to walk in the snow?”—introduced a thought I had never considered before.
In this episode, I reflect on how easily someone else’s fear can plant a seed of doubt, even when it isn’t intentional. Not every question, concern, or perspective is meant for us to carry. Some messages are simply meant to pass through—not take root.
This is a reminder to be mindful of what we accept, to protect our obedience, and to dismiss fears that aren’t ours.

In this episode, I talk about intentional obedience — obedience rooted in purpose, responsibility, and alignment rather than outcome. I share a deeply personal experience of advocating for my mother during a medical crisis, and how obedience didn’t come with a plan, a promise, or immediate relief — it simply required action.
This conversation is about understanding that obedience does not come with guarantees. It may lead to struggle before peace, sacrifice before clarity, and responsibility before reward. But alignment, even without assurance, still matters.
Because obedience isn’t always about winning — sometimes it’s about doing what’s right, even when the outcome is unknown.

How do you know when it’s God you’re being obedient to?
In this episode, I reflect on the journey of obedience and how clarity came through building a direct connection with God. I share how my obedience deepened as my relationship with God strengthened — and how 2025 became a year of tangible alignment after seeds were planted in earlier years.
This conversation explores trust, discernment, and the importance of knowing the difference between God’s voice and your own thoughts as you walk in obedience.

This is not a perfect launch—and that’s the point.
Recorded at the close of 2025 and stepping into 2026, this episode marks the starting line.
In this conversation, I reflect on obedience, execution, and the importance of pausing to acknowledge what God has already done. We talk about removing the blinders that keep us from recognizing the good in our lives, even when blessings are happening all around us.
Perfection is not required. Clarity comes after movement.
This episode is an invitation to reflect, receive, and move forward—even without all the answers.
Welcome to the journey.
