Scripture for today:

Hebrews 12:1-3  

1 As for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we will be able to run life’s marathon race with passion and determination, for the path has been already marked out before us.

2 We look away from the natural realm and we focus our attention and expectation onto Jesus who birthed faith within us and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection. His example is this: Because his heart was focused on the joy of knowing that you would be his, he endured the agony of the cross and conquered its humiliation, and now sits exalted at the right hand of the throne of God!

3 So consider carefully how Jesus faced such intense opposition from sinners who opposed their own souls, so that you won’t become worn down and cave in under life’s pressures.

   1. HB 463 - Bill banning transgender surgeries for minors.

   1. HB 311 - Zuckerbucks ban. A ban on money from outside of the state's public funds being accepted to administer elections in Louisiana.

   1. HB 454 would require a local election for the approval of carbon dioxide sequestration within a parish.
   2. HB 10 would remove eminent domain authority of carbon dioxide storage facility operators (private companies).

Chris and Danielle interview Rep. Kathy Edmonston on two pro-freedom bills she's authored that will be voted on in the House Education Committee tomorrow. Chris and Danielle discuss the major bill on parental rights related to sexuality discussions and using a pronoun other than the one assigned at birth. They hit the topics of the carbon capture eminent domain bill, the state sovereignty bill that we are working to have re-heard and the very important bill regarding the restriction of pornographic books written and targeted for minors that are currently in public school libraries.
