It has been a very wet week across much of Minnesota.  During this week's edition of the show, Blois shifts focus to how the state is handling flooding in several areas of the state.  Kristi Rollwagen, Director of the state's Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, provides details of the work being done to help those affected by the rising waters.  And will this result in a Special Session over at the State Capitol?
