It's December and you know what that means....New Years resolutions!  Every year we promise ourselves to start or stop something and wind up going nuts the whole end of the year because we know what' coming.  The sad part is no matter what it is, most will be done by the end of January.  Today I discuss a better way to change in the new year and set yourself up for long term success!

You have goals and work hard everyday to achieve them. You follow a exercise regiment, eat certain things, track it all and take your supplements. I have a question, why?  Why are you doing the things you do?  Are you happy?  Are you satisfied.  Are you healthy and relatively pain free.  Will you keep this up for the rest of your life? If you answered no to any of these questions then again I ask, why are you doing it.  If you never lost a pound or changed the way you look, would you still do those things.  In this episode we dive into why we do it and maybe, just maybe, there is a better way.
