Guys I've done it. I've decided what to do about the title. I will say the books we sleep to, but I will release a monthly bonus episode called the stories we sleep to, where I read a quick story, Reddit or otherwise.

I'm currently looking into a better microphone for not many moneys, so that I can turn off my TERRRIBLE noise cancelling software that is responsible for the clipping and the gaps in the audio. YIPPEE!

In this episode, I realise that I have been saying the name of the podcast wrong. Add it to my list of oppsieses I guess...

This episode was recorded at 10pm and so there's some yawning and me needing to get my old chair because my new one isn't broken in the correct ways.

This episode contains:

• Me reading a book
• Me yawning
• Me changing chairs
• Me googling how to pronounce 'croquet'
• Me googling what a furrow is
• Me yet again making massive mistakes - at least this time I got the chapter right...

I hope you enjoy!

I DID AN OOPSIE!

I said chapter 6 in the intro, and at the start of the chapter. Its chapter 7.

Anyway, I now have the ability to post up to 6 hours of audio a month, as opposed to the original 2.

Warning (not really) ~ This episode contains a plea for joining my member's club at the end

Thank you for your support and willingness to share. In really do appreciate all of your support. All like, 8 of you.

PANIC!!! PANIC!!! PANIC!!! ONLY 15 MINUTES LEFT OF RECORDING TIME!!! PANIC!!! PANIC!!! PANIC!!!

Unfortunately, I have no money and are presently incapable of buying a buzzsprout pro subscription, limiting my uploading time to no more than 2 hours of audio a month. Even with the highest paid subscription, I would just barely be scraping by 20 minute daily episodes.

This is disastrous.

I may not be able to upload for another month unless I submit to our capitalist overlords. I refuse to do such a thing on my income of $0 a month.

However... Mum said that if I get 100 downloads in a month, I can get Pro.

I might have to haggle a bit.

Originally, I did not want to share this, nor did I want to be one of those people, but times are changing. So, if you are able to, please share this with people who you think would enjoy, otherwise I may not be able to upload for at least a month.

Also, I might be setting up a member's club if you would like to support the show. While I may not be able to add membership benefits now, as soon as I am able, there will be exclusive compilations and early access to members (If I can figure it out...), and many more.

Soundtrap! A better and more user friendly recording thing. I can now add tracks to it so expect music soon.

I am actually writing this on Saturday, as Mama won't let me record after 8 on school nights anymore. :(

I could be my crappy headphones, it could be my crappy mic (Soon to fixed, compliments to A⭐), but the audio seems yet again, really crappy. I am making an effort to improve, I promise, but... Umm.. Its not going well...

Never mind, as my new favourite saying goes, pessimism in for nerds.

WARNING!!! This episode contains more Hookahs

COVER ART!!! WE GOT IT!!! Only 4 more things to do!

• C̶o̶v̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶r̶t̶
• Actual microphone
• Music
• Better sound quality
• Better publisher

Oh dear, that's quite a lot of things to do. Oh well, never mind, pessimism is for nerds. I also forgot to turn off my ceiling fan, so the audio quality is back to trash level. :(

WARNING!!! This episode contains 1 mention of a hookah

This episode is perhaps the best of them all so far, because I have adjusted my recording "studio" to be more accommodating to the recording software. I've also done this new fangled 'pre recording mic check' which is something completely new that I haven't tried before. I have also dabbled in a bit of editing. Nothing major, just deleting the bits where I say "Ca" and "Co" four times trying to pronounce 'caucus' (Thank you mum for telling me how to pronounce it). And just shortening some gaps. You still have the commentary and errors though, so that's nice.

Tomorrow I will (hopefully) be doing a mass recording session, so expect maybe some cover art?

Enjoy!

Update: I am very pleased that I - completely coincidently - stopped the recording at exactly 15 minutes.

This episode has slight improvements, wiht me actually connecting my headphones, and also downloading some noise cancellation software. Hopefully the audio quality is a bit better now.

WARNING! This episode contains the French word chatte, which I HORRENDOUSLY mispronounce.

As such, I have gotten a beeping machine to use.

This episode is a bit better than the other one.

This weekend I will be bulk recording, so expect some improvements and perhaps even some cover artwork!

Update: I just listened back to the audio and it is not the best.

Please enjoy the auto generated transcript (Maybe)

This is my first ever episode of a podcast!

Unfortunately, my stupid headphones forgot to connect so you'll have to deal with my terrible laptop microphone.

The first season is going to be Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, which is a story about a girl named Alice who goes to Wonderland and encounters all sorts of strange things.

I'm still working on getting music and whatever so you'll just have to bear with me as I try to find some decent royalty - free music (Its playing hard-to-get right now).
