In Tokyo, Japan, in the year 1948, a man walked into a bank claiming to be a public health official to administer “medicine” to those inside. 12 of the 16 individuals inside were killed by this “medicine,” and the man walked away with a sum of money. While someone was caught and convicted for this crime, there are many who believe that they got the wrong person. Today, we discuss the strange and confusing Teigin Incident.
