In this Amazon Influencer tutorial, I’m breaking down one of the most important metrics to pay attention to inside your Creator Hub: average view duration.

After Data Coach Claire surveyed around 200 active Amazon Influencers, one of the biggest predictors of top carousel placement was average view duration. Once I started adjusting my own strategy and making my Amazon shoppable videos a little longer, my income started growing significantly. In June 2026, I had my biggest Amazon month ever, with almost $13,000 earned on Amazon alone.

In this video, I’ll show you where to find your average view duration, how to understand your Amazon shoppable video link metrics, why longer videos can help you become more competitive, and what to look for when researching products with tools like Viral View, Influencer Fruit, and other placement extensions.
