In this episode, I’m sitting down with my girl Samantha Minott MSN, FNP-BC, and we’re having a real conversation about what it looks like to evolve, heal, and truly choose better for your life.
We’re talking wellness, mindset, motherhood, and the discipline it takes to show up as the woman you’re called to be. Samantha shares her journey as a nurse practitioner, wellness coach, and woman committed to helping others change the trajectory of their lives.

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to pitch yourself. I’m sharing a moment that took me back to when I was part of TMCBA, the Marc Coley Business Academy, where we had accountability calls and practiced 30-second pitches. That stayed with me. Recently, I stepped out, trusted myself, and walked into a room and pitched me. No overthinking, just showing up and being clear about my value. And it led to an opportunity.
If you’ve ever questioned what you bring to the table, this episode is your reminder that sometimes you don’t wait for a seat… you create the table.

In this episode, I’m talking about something that really sat with me. I came across Neace Robinson and her song that’s been going viral, and what most people are just now seeing took her over seven years of consistency, showing up, and believing in herself.
I went down a rabbit hole and realized she’s been singing and pushing this same song for years, even when nobody was paying attention. And now, doors are opening for her with brands like the NFL, Planet Fitness, Tru Fru, and more.
It really made me reflect on my own journey.
Sometimes we get discouraged when things don’t happen fast, or when people don’t understand what we’re doing. But this was a reminder for me, and for you, that all it takes is one yes. One moment. One opportunity.
So in this episode, I’m encouraging you to keep going, even when it doesn’t look like it’s working yet.
And most importantly…
1, 2, 3… release em.
Release the doubt.
Release the fear.
Release the opinions.
And keep going until you see what you saw.

In this episode of The Style and Grace Podcast, I share a reflection that really blessed me while reading Luke 14 and the parable of the Great Banquet. It made me think about how easy it is to say we trust God while still trying to figure everything out on our own. Sometimes the things that distract us aren’t bad things, they’re just the responsibilities and pressures of life. But this passage reminded me that God is still extending the invitation for relationship and trust. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed or like you’re trying to carry everything yourself, this conversation is for you.

This episode of The Style and Grace Podcast is deeply personal and incredibly special to my heart. It is the live podcast segment from my event, The Grace Gathering, and in this moment I am joined by my sister and dear friend, Jessica Jenà, who steps in as guest host to interview me as I open up about my Joseph story, grace, unforgiveness, healing, and the journey God has carried me through.
This conversation is honest, vulnerable, and filled with reflection on what it means to walk through pain and still choose grace. I share pieces of my story that shaped my faith, my perspective, and my commitment to healing and growth. My prayer is that as you listen, you feel seen, encouraged, and reminded that God’s grace is present even in the places that once felt broken.
Thank you for being here, for listening, and for growing with me in style, in grace, and in truth.

Happy New Year | 2026
Hey y’all — and Happy New Year!
I’m so glad you’re here with me as we step into 2026 together. In today’s episode, I’m talking about a message that reallystirred me — something that’s going to carry us into this new season with purpose, power, and clarity.
I was inspired by a sermon from The Brook Church – Columbia with Bishop Moultrie, and a conversation I had with my friend Tiffany. The message reminded me that sometimes God has already given us what we need — we just need to show up, ask, and pour it out.
Key Points from the Episode
The enemy only attacks revealed purpose.
Most of the time, access isn’t denied — it’s unclaimed.
God has already given us authority — we just have to claim it.
We often already have the resources we need — we just have to steward them and show up in faith.

In this final episode of 2025, I’m reflecting on the year behind us and preparing our hearts for the year ahead. I talk about trusting God through challenges, resting in His promises, and standing firm on scriptures like Romans 8:28 and the reminder that if God clothes the lilies, how much more will He take care of us.
This episode is an encouragement for anyone who didn’t accomplish all their goals, feels weary from the year, or needs reassurance that God is still working. I share personal reflections, talk about discipline and rest, and offer motivation as we step into a new season with intention and faith.
I also share details about The Grace Gathering happening in January 2026 and close the episode with a prayer over your next season.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on what it really means to stay consistent. I share a moment with my friend Sam that made me realize I’ve been showing up for this podcast for twelve months without even noticing how far I’ve come. We talk about seasons, growth, and why every season counts. Nothing is wasted, and I hope this episode encourages you as we head into a new year.

This episode was inspired by a TikTok I was watching where a young lady asked her friend what her goals were for 2026. Instead of listing a bunch of big plans, her friend said she just wants to be a good steward over what God has already given her. That answer really stuck with me.
With a new year coming up, it’s so easy to jump straight into vision boards, goal lists, and what we want next. And that’s cool. I love a good plan. But this episode is really about pausing and asking ourselves, what am I doing with what I already have right now?
This is not a lecture. It’s a check-in. A reminder that growth doesn’t always look loud, and you don’t have to rush your process.
Thank you for walking with me. I hope this episode meets you right where you are and helps you steward your now with intention.

In this episode I sit down with my good friend Lisa Knox. Lisa is a serial entrepreneur with more than fifteen years of experience and a strong record of helping business owners secure funding and build capital. She also leads an active community called the Dream Doer Nation, where she supports entrepreneurs as they develop structure and confidence.
Lisa shares how she moved from a 9 to 5 into owning multiple businesses. She talks about the early obstacles, the failures that shaped her skills, and the moments that pushed her toward growth. Her guidance is rooted in real outcomes, especially in helping business owners understand how to access grants and capital that can scale their work.
This conversation gives clear and practical insight for anyone ready to build. It was a great experience having her on the show, and I hope you enjoy the episode.
