Cecil is from a small town in Florida and has been playing football all his life. Out of high school, Cecil had 35 offers and signed with Texas, he transferred to South Florida. Cecil has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. His drive comes growing up, he's seen players get to the NFL who made it in another way and not the straight and narrow route. Cecil loves fishing, having fun, doing new things, and learning different hobbies. He loves giving back to the youth and he wants to be a hero to the kids.

Darrin Jahnel is the founder and CEO of Jahnel Group, a 150-person software consulting company headquartered in Schenectady, NY. Darrin leads with energy and is maniacally focused on creating an amazing work environment for his team.

Darrin earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University at Albany and a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Prior to starting the company in 2012, Darrin worked as a Senior Software Engineer on Wall Street. Darrin has led numerous engineering teams on multi-million dollar projects and is a member of MENSA.

He is happily married and has 4 children (2 adopted children and 2 birth sons). Darrin’s oldest son, Gideon, is from Nigeria. Although Darrin and his wife refer to Gideon as their son, they were not able to officially adopt him. Gideon has parents and 5 siblings back in Nigeria. Last year, Gideon worked 60 hours a week, all summer long and earned enough money to buy his family a house back in Nigeria!

Outside of work, Darrin enjoys working out, coaching basketball, drinking beer, and woodworking.

Justin Skinner is a farm-raised entrepreneur, author, speaker, and performance coach from the great midwest. He lives in Springfield , Missouri with his beautiful wife Kendra Skinner, and their little dog Daisy. Justin played collegiate baseball as a two-way player and is now a full-time author and real estate investor. Scott Brown & Tim Swindle are the creators of PaddleSmash, a new outdoor active game that combines elements of Pickleball and Spikeball.

Scott Brown is the co-founder of Marbles: The Brain Store, a retail concept focused on building better brains through play, which eventually grew to 40 stores, a website, a catalog business and a proprietary product division. While there, he headed the curation of all store products and formed Marbles: Brain Workshop, overseeing the creation of more than 150 proprietary products.

Tim Swindle is an entrepreneur and investor, helping build and exit multiple companies. As an early investor and employee at PointDrive, a Chicago-based sales software company, he had roles leading sales, marketing, and operations before the company was acquired in 2016 by LinkedIn. During this time, Tim created Utter Nonsense, an entertaining card game that was quickly carried by several retailers and ultimately within all 1,800 Target stores. Utter Nonsense was acquired in 2017 by private equity backed, PlayMonster.
