Btw, it is my mission to have anyone that joins my group to share their story on the Say It Out Loud podcast.

What's the point of me having a platform if I'm not using to share the stories and powerful messages from the brilliant humans I get to work with?  

Use this as evidence that you can do whatever you want. There are no rules about how a podcast “should” or "shouldn't" be. For me, I love having a miz of interviews, solo episodes, and solo guest host episodes from my community members.

 Moral of the story: do it your way.
