Joannah is Managing Director at Rocket Digital Media Ltd and Hot Radio 102.8FM and has worked with business owners since she was eighteen years old. Over the course of her career she has developed an excellent understanding for what is needed to run a successful business.

Her advertising and marketing experience is vast, having worked in radio, press and online marketing.

Joannah started her career at United Newspapers in Fleet Street where she spent eight years as an Account Sales Manager. She then joined Capital Radio as Regional Sales Director, spending nine years selling and managing radio advertising campaigns and marketing campaigns for a wide range of advertisers. During her time at Capital Radio Joannah gained her CIM Marketing Degree. On leaving Capital Radio, Joannah went on to spend two years at Yahoo, where she developed her knowledge of online advertising.

Seven years ago, Joannah launched her own business called Rocket Digital Media Ltd. Rocket Digital Media Ltd owns and runs five online magazines, and offers bespoke marketing advice and support to a diverse clientele, throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset. The company has now branched into radio and runs the local community radio station, Hot Radio 102.8FM. This is run alongside Rocket Digital Media Ltd.

Lucy graduated from University College London with a degree in Anthropology and Geography, she then spent 15 incredibly successful years in IT and telecoms, focusing on field sales for VC and start-up companies, and large international enterprises.
