Vicki gave up the corporate life to start her own 'clothes shop' and now believes she has found the balance that feeds her need for 'detail in retail' as well as allowing her to spend more time with her family.

Inspired by food and health whilst living in Japan, Barbara trained as a nutritionist and set up Nutrichef in the UK in 2004. Since then she's been creating healthy meal plans for busy people who want to lose weight, maintain a healthy lifestyle or achieve fitness goals. Nutrichef was sold in March 2015 and Barbara set up BC Nutrition to continue consulting businesses on implementing strategies to improve productivity and consult individuals on health related issues.

In 2015 Barbara launched her first cookbook Rainbow Recipes and she regularly presents globally on healthy eating.

Sandra's inspiration for starting her venture was her own journey to reconnecting with my spirituality.  In 2004 she lost her father to a battle with cancer and thought her life was never going to be the same.

She now refers to herself as a recovering control freak and excuse maker There was a time when she never would have imagined writing a book, speaking in front of an audience or being a guest on radio or television shows. She has done all of these things now and knows that the best is still yet to come!

In her professional life, Kathy was involved in the world of books and publishing. Her experience included time as a freelance researcher and broadcaster for BBC Radio Scotland where I was involved with education and arts programmes.

Kathy's first degree in Modern European History and Historical Bibliography from Strathclyde University gave her the underpinning knowledge for her talks. Her study of spying and espionage in fiction and reality became the basis of her talks.
