"If we could get a piece of understanding into communities, and into workplaces...maybe that could change families and dynamics and just grief in general where we're not forced to say, 'Ok get over it and get back to work.' That's essentially what you're saying, when that's not how it is."
"We never wanted to replace Hayes. That's something we could *never* do, but our hearts still yearned for a baby and for our family to grow...It's no one else's decision of when or why you want to have a baby after a loss. That is a decision that you and your spouse make, and that's all that matters." -Leslie Goehring

SLAYING • THE • STIGMA
“The impact of this experience, it hollowed a part of my heart and grew me in so many ways, because of it. My whole perspective on motherhood changed.”
-Rachel Lohman, @hopeagaincollective
Listen as Rachel Lohman shares her story of how she and her husband Mark lost their first baby to miscarriage. When she shared her miscarriage story publicly, Rachel was amazed at how many women of all ages and backgrounds came forward with their own stories of grief and finding the road to hope again. Since then, she has been passionate about empowering women to share their stories, and holding their hands as they find hope again.
•
We also chat about the origins of her company, Hope Again Collective, which combines her love of story with her passion for supporting fellow miscarriage survivors. She is engaging, thoughtful and someone we’re excited to introduce to the Gathering Hope community!
