(I do not claim this is the master list of health and fitness, BUT it covers all the basics that most unfortunately overlook.)

  12. the Nervous system
  13. I'm sure you will find areas of your health that need improvement. Hell, I did! Once you figure out a path to head down. Consistency is the winner almost every time. Not how hard or fast you do something. (There will always be an outlier... the rare anomaly that is contrary.) Remember to stay the course when you make a change. Enjoy! ~ Jay Scott
