Frank and Mere tackle an emotional week of Echelon News. We share our favorite memories with Janet and Marc and wish them well on their next steps. There have also been a couple of great dual classes this month and focus on self-care and women's health.

Frank & Mere catch up on all the latest news. Echelon has two new instructors and a new modality in the Dubai studio! Frank's wish has finally come true! More stride classes to help him prepare for his upcoming marathon! Mere is still riding the Great Cycle Challenge and was having bike issues (good news, updating to the latest firmware fixed them! Don't forget those firmware updates folks in addition to app updates!) Lots of instructor news and congratulations in order. Enjoy!

Frank and Mere sit down for a catch up with the one and only Brandon Reed! What is he up to now? Where's our brunch invite? What's he watching? Most importantly, how is Coco? There's exciting new updates and lots of opportunity to continue our fitness journey together. Enjoy!

Frank and Mere sit down with Echelon Instuctor, Eden, to talk about what's new in her life and at Echelon. Topic's include Bird lauching, Country Music Classes, and Echelon's exciting partnership partenership with Primal. Also, Frank and Mere get the scoop on if Eden really was trying to do us all in during the TDE. Listen and find out!

Frank and Mere are finally both at home and recorded a new episode! Some very happy Echelon News including great workouts and personal best resets! Mere got married ( to the same guy she's already married to) and Frank is officially marathon training ( and California Dreaming). Lots of stuff is being watched and a game of Siskel and Ebert ensues.

Frank and Mere catch up on their trials, travels, and tribulations. They are behind on TDE and must work hard to get back into the swing of things. The community is missing Miami Instructor Brandon Reed after his abrupt departure. Frank and Mere remember their favorite Reed moments and look forward to more of his awesome YouTube Channel Ride With Reed for updates, free workouts, and keeping it cute. Share your favorite mwemories too!
