The secret control group known as Majestic 12, or MJ-12, has been operating for decades as its own sovereign nation and is answerable to no authority. Also, ever since the apparent slow disclosure of the extraterrestrial reality was launched in 2017, enough information that proves there's an extraterrestrial presence on Earth has been conveyed to the public, but only those capable of logical thought have been able to recognize it as such.
