What if there was something hiding inside the storm?

It was supposed to be a perfect summer night. In July of 2008, a young man returns to his small hometown in Kansas and takes his girlfriend Katie to the annual summer carnival. The town is alive with families, carnival rides, games, food, and the excitement of a warm summer evening.
