In this episode of Surviving Entrepreneurship Podcast, I welcome Mr. James Smiley. James is the Co-founder of Mentor Lab, author, podcaster, entrepreneur, and a well-known digital marketer with over 20 years of experience under his belt.

Smiley talks about how it all began when he was just 16-years old.

At the time, he had just been hired to work at McDonalds. Not long after working there, James tells listeners how he stumbled upon an ingenious way to trick the system.

Unfortunately, his plan to game the system did not last long before the authorities were on to him. He also tells us how he narrowly escaped jail immediately when his supervisor got wind of what he was doing.

Later, he shares how he joined another Silicon Valley tech company, which led him down the digital marketing route. On this episode of Surviving Entrepreneurship Podcast Virtual Summit, I welcome Samuel Mojica, an affiliate marketer. Samuel has been an entrepreneur full-time for the past three years.

Samuel reveals a devastating family setback, which brought him to discover himself and shaped his mindset.

Around the same time, Samuel also talks about working at a bread factory where he came to realize the importance of having a great work ethic and unleashing his potential.
