I know things that I don't realize. Those things are so obvious they get ignored or at least taken for granted. Every person you see is a person. We know that but it would be much better if we lived with, responded to them having realized that we are, after all, interacting with and encountering real people. Not descriptions, diagnosis or difficulties but people with certain descriptors, diagnosis and difficulties.
