“Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.” - Aristotle
Once we take steps in the direction we see for our lives we have set something in motion that is essentially good for us but the amount of time it will take for us to see the results, the fruits of our labor is undetermined. This is where patience kicks in. We have to wait for the process to take place. On this episode Eric, Sketch and I talk about patience and the experience we have had with it in our lives. We also share some practicality that has helped approach patience in a different way.
We can have all the motivation, all the creativity, all the willpower but if we lack concentration we will negatively impact our path towards reaching our goals. Pretty simple.
On this episode Eric, Sketch and I talk about concentration, our thoughts on multi-tasking, and practicality to keep us focused on our goals.
We all need motivation. A desire a reason to make change happen in our lives. It’s all around us. Brands, Authors, Podcasts, TV, ART all provide motivation. As we work on switching it up on our thoughts we have to look at what motivates us and what it motivates us to do.
Taking action requires that we WILL the change to happen! So much of our progress depends on our “WILLPOWER”. Such a cliche thing to say but do we understand it?
On this episode Eric, Sketch83 and I share our perspective on willpower and how it has impacted our lives. As always we share some practicality that may help you.
Life requires us to be creative. We need to look at things from a different perspective so we can create solutions to life's obstacles. We need to create new patterns, new systems, new processes, new goals constantly.
On this episode Eric, Sketch83 and I look at creativity through a different lens and share our thoughts of how it has helped us in our lives along with some practical tips for you to use it in yours.
To live a fulfilled life we have to be able to adapt. There will be changes in our life that will happen and we have to learn to adapt to them. New responsibilities will arise and we have to adapt. It’s when we don’t adapt that we fall into frustration. When this happens that's the day we are held back.
On this episode Eric, Sketch and I share our thoughts on adaptability.
Risk is something we have to think about as we work towards developing into a better version of ourselves. Simply put, risk taking is something we have to do as we take steps into unknown territory. We risk “TIME” on accomplishing anything because it is something we will never get back. There are plenty of other risks people have taken to make progress on their dreams.
On this episode, Eric, Sketch and I share our experience with risk!

Who are you competing against?
On this episode Eric, Sketch and I switch it up and talk about why competition can be a bad thing. Why it may hold us back from becoming that better version of ourself. There is no competition when it comes to becoming your best self because no one else can actually become a better version of you other than you.
So what’s the big deal? right? Focus on you. Compete against yourself.
Life is a journey, not a competition.
We are naturally curious and that is a good and a bad thing when it comes to being your best self. It’s good because curiosity may lead you to acquire knowledge, build a skill set, develop professional and personal relationships. It turns bad when curiosity leads to competition with others. We start being in others business and not our own.
On this episode Eric, Sketch83 and I talk about minding our own business and share practical steps based off our experience.
If you want to get more done and have everything in place running smoothly the best way would be to establish systems in your life. Much like our body that is made up of several systems to make us a functioning organism we can also organize our lives in such a way.
So..... on this episode Eric, Sketch83 and I talk about systems.
