Zac Leach began his hospitality journey straight after graduating high school at the age of 16 where he joined the food and beverage team at Mercure Perth in February 2011.
In further acknowledgment of his career growth in Accor, it was only 8 years moving within the company that Zac was promoted to Pullman Bunker Bay Resort’s Conference & Events Sales Manager overlooking both leisure and business events, and on completion of his time in Australia's South West was appointed as a Director of Sales of the ibis Styles East Perth.
However, this hasn’t come easy for Zac. Zac had to tap into himself to get to where he is. In this episode Zac talks about the relationship he had with his father in prison standing up to him, learning how to say no, his marriage, quirky hobbies, being vulnerable and so much more.

Matt Bruce is an Australian Army veteran serving throughout multiple deployments across the world, from being deployed to Afghanistan, to support roles for the SAS. Like many veterans once returning to civilian life Matt found himself being numb to the world and dealing with PTSD.
This led Matt through a journey of self-discovery unpacking his mental health and reconnecting within. Matt taps in to tell you what he went through and how he did all this through breathwork, meditation, relationships, dealing with triggers, visualization and so much more.
Matt dives in on how to navigate through coronavirus isolation and how to stay top of your mental health in such uncertain times. Alongside the launch of the happiness aid platform.
Matt is now an author with his book set to be released on the 27th of June 2020, international PTSD day, through his book and platform thriving with PTSD he aims to be an ambassador for soldiers out there who don’t see a healthy life for themselves.
