His answer surprised me because he placed me ahead of himself.  Are you willing to consistently put the interests of others ahead of your own?

God requires us to distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil.

One hard, dark season does not a lifetime make.  We never know what good things God has for us ahead.

From this side of eternity, all you may currently see is a jumble of apparently random and tangled strings.

Hardship and afflicted are inevitable, but how we respond to them is a choice.

Only when we see our lives through God’s lens does it begin to come into focus and make sense.

Not only is praying for your spouse an expression of love, it’s relational cement.

How do we avoid attacking those we love during arguments?  Well, when frustrations in life come up (and they will), attack the problem and not one another.

How much better to hear what ARE you thinking, than what WERE you thinking?  To whom have you given permission to question what you’re considering?
