Our society has become more and more dependent upon social distancing and we've also been forced to accept visiting people via Zoom, Hangouts, Facetime, etc. Schools have shut down and Colleges and Universities are completing their academic years via online instruction. Doctors are using telemedicine and patients are actually becoming accustomed to seeing their own doctor while they AND their doctor are working from home.

Cardiologists are laying off their staff. Cardiologists??? Healthcare has always been one of those industries that has always been considered "safe" should a recession hit. Not this time around. This time, all industries have been affected.
But not ALL industries have been NEGATIVELY affected.
This episode features one of those businesses that is thriving. Our guest is Seth Wiener, the CEO of AmigoDATA. Seth explains how he took steps years ago to have a business that would take advantage of any economic situation. More importantly, he gives his insight as to how you can utilize downtime from shutdowns to re-tool your company or practice and be ready to go when everything gets back to normal - whatever that will mean.
Seth is a big believer that now is the time for business owners, CEOs and managers to work hard now and get positioned to take advantage of new opportunities that are sure to unfold with the Corona Virus impact.
This is an episode that anyone who runs a business or practice must hear. Those who adjust, will have opportunities they never thought would be possible. Those who wait for everything to go back to normal are going to struggle and possibly become a target for those buyers who will be looking for cheap acquisitions.

Businesses have been turned upside down in the matter of days. We've never seen anything like this before. Strong businesses just a couple months ago, are now without their employees and hoping they can survive.
This episode is all about the theme - "When Given Lemons - Make Lemonade".
Many business owners and their employees are talking about the time it is going to take to get back to "normal". After every major crisis in history, nothing is ever the same when things get back to "normal". The attacks on 9/11 in the US was another change. It changed security in the world at all airports, train stations, buildings, and even sporting events.
So what can you do now if you are a business owner, manager, or former employee? Use this time to reflect and come out of the crisis stronger, not just a survivor.
Many business owners are concerned that the value of their business is going to take a major hit. Some will, but others will go up over time.
Our guest in this episode is Lloyd Wolf of Achieve Business Services. Lloyd's job was eliminated years ago (just like many have today). While it was tough going for him at first, it led to him starting his side hustle as an IT expert. He later became one of the premier managed service providers and eventually sold his business. Today he is an adviser to other businesses sharing his success and principles so others can create value and have the option to merge or sell to someone as an exit strategy.
Listen in as Brad interviews Lloyd to go over ways to overcome your situation if you feel you or your company is being hit hard with the Corona Virus Pandemic. This may be the best time for a change in your business strategy or your career.
