My dear dear friend and soul sister, Dominique is on the show today describing her not so froufrou self care practice. We talk about energy in the all encompassing sense and overcoming epilepsy and astrocytomas. We touch on how these labels have a big charge and how witnessing and creating safe containers can really hone the energy into an opportunity for the person experiencing the intensity. Instead of a victim, you are in empowerment. =
We talk about the need for SAFE self expression, mastering your emotions, breathwork and intention, using the earth’s eenergy to move and harness an alchemic process between yourself and earth. She shares her self care practice, the use of Berkeley’s currents, and her magical and practical ways of supporting children and parents with special and high needs children.
Dominique is an Alchemist, Truth Seeker, and a Soul Proprietor of her business UB Music-que and her life. She is a developmental therapist, working with special needs kids and seniors as a certified music therapist based in the greater Moncton area. She studied music for over 25 years, taking music, choral and dance classes from her early childhood. Her early life experiences of sexual traumas, childhood illness and epilepsy led her to develop her personal self-care practices with song and dance that empower, strengthen, and discipline her to integrate her sensory sensitives and develop a wholistic personal narrative of these experiences. She hopes to share with you her journey towards developing this self-care practice.
