After years of seeing first hand the negative effect of the system, confined spaces, and age segregation, she realized the educational system did not need to be ‘fixed’ - it needed a re-build!Sarah’s Montessori class spent one day each week, exploring nature with the the woman who would later become her guide and mentor. Spending the day outdoors, in all weather, had such a positive impact on the children & the educators. Sarah witnessed children experiencing a freedom to be themselves, to make mistakes, and to co-create their learning environment.
