How does anti-fungal cream work:

Anti-fungal cream targets the fungal cell membrane and the fungal cell wall (both structures surround and protect the fungal cells). When either of these structures is compromised, the fungal cell can bursts open causing the contents to leak out and eventually die.

Active ingredient in Monistat: Miconazole (mi-con-a-zole) nitrate, an anti-fungal ingredient.

The Main Benefits: It addressees fungal infections on the scalp, including seborrheic dermatitis.

Who should use it: Monistat is not an advisable hair loss treatment. That being said, it would be most beneficial for those dealing with fungal infections on the scalp.

What’s is Seborrheic dermatitis?
