Welcome to the Therapy Sisters Podcast! We are so glad you are here!!
Get comfy as we continue our conversation about self care with our guest, Josnelly. Josnelly has a powerful story of recognizing difficulty with alcoholism in her own life and coming into a place of sobriety, self compassion and self care.
Josnelly is a child of God who identifies with the 8 style in the Enneagram. As an Enneagram Type 8, centered in the gut, she is strong, independent, and straightforward. She's a natural problem solver who would defend and protect those who cannot do it for themselves. Injustices and lies are her triggers. She's still learning to be patient, to rest, and to let go of control. Her current mantra is "confident curious love" and she is striving to become a "nurturing contemplative advocate".
