Today is a special edition of the podcast - I have taken a section of my live podcast recording with multiple gym owner and entrepreneur, Nicole Steffens, and am sharing it with you all today.  High energy, lover of life and inspirational, it is really hard to believe that Nicole is 23 years old - what she has achieved, some people won’t even dream of doing in their lifetime.  I was excited to pick Nicole’s brain and find out what it takes to be so successful at such a young age, and the struggles she faced too.  This was a deep and real chat on the journey and reality of starting your own business and how to live a life that fires you up.

 

Even though Nicole owns gyms, she is really passionate about the mindset and psychology side of business and how you can elevate your mind by changing your perspective.  This episode covers her journey, but also her tips on how to be excited by your life every day.  We cover everything from the dark times, to the great, finding a support network, building a team and how to find what you are passionate about and holding on to it for the rest of your life.

Today on the podcast I have mindset and business coach Samantha Hearne to not only chat about how she went from teacher to sold out business coach, but how she did it all through social media.

 

Social media.  What an INCREDIBLE tool for business.  Although, sometimes overwhelming, if done correctly, you can set up and run your own money making machine purely by making the right connections and having a clear understanding of your brand.  I know for me, if it wasn’t for social media, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
