Belle is disabled herself and in the best position to know what the disabled are chasing. In this podcast we look at what the disabled need to work & volunteer and be a part of our society. Everywhere around the Yorke Peninsula you can find a park run. Some are better know than others.  Port Broughton 's run is well known for example. Now there's a park run near Kadina. 'The Copper Trail Parkrun' is held every Saturday at 8am. And it caters for everyone & style of runner, says event organiser Gerry van Kiekerk.
