In today's episode the boys are back in town. We chat: Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Stardew Valley, XCOM 2, Star Wars Battlefront 2 Beta, micro-transactions, blind boxes, unions, Playstation Now, Baby Driver, Spiderman Homecoming, The Last Jedi trailer and Guy Ritchie's King Arthur. Logan also sounds distant, and Glen is sick and coughing. It's kind of a mess.

In today's episode we get a little off-topic. We chat Indie Megabooth, XCOM2, the Dishonored series, Golf Story, Assassin's Creed: Origins, Tomb Raider, Red Dead Redemption 2 and a bunch of none video games things. That includes: a funeral pamphlet, history courses in high school being Euro-centric, Catholic and Public schools in Ontario, Blade Runner 2049 and Instax cameras.

In today's episode we spend a good chunk of time dissecting the culture milestone that is Elf on the Shelf. We also dive into XCOM 2, the Halo series, Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, Life is Strange: Before the Storm, games we've missed this year, and we workshop our own game of the year features.

In today's episode we are joined by special guests Matilde Park of Aether Interactive/DMG, and Ben Gelinas, former writer from Bioware and indie dev! We make some small talk before getting into the thick of things, Mass Effect. We talk about Andromeda; it's missteps, misinterpretations, and it's heart. We chat about the series as a whole as well, our favorite characters and moments and why we think Andromeda deserves another look. Ben gives us insight into Bioware and the writing process for Andromeda, while Sophia gives us perspective and helps us view Andromeda in a new light.

In today's episode we are joined by special guests Sagan Yee and Al Donato of The Hand Eye Society! We get the ball rolling immediately and talk about A MAZE Festival, Twin Peaks, SWERY, XCOM 2, Breath of the Wild, Mario + Rabbids, real-life games, Game Curious, Localhost, Hand Eye Society's programs and I would say more but that mostly covers it.
