The Thousand Layered Life

This episode wraps up the series on building a deeper rapport with our bodies. It is what I imagine our bodies would want to say to us, through Love.

A continuing of the series on building a deeper and more intimate relationship with our bodies, this episode focuses on the many functions and organs of our pelvic region. We explore the sometimes confusing ways we use language connected to these organs and search for the beauty way in regarding this creative and eliminative area.

This is the third in the series of Tuning into the body’s organs and functions. Forming a more intimate relationship with how our bodies work is an integral part of improving health and immunity. This episode focuses on the Lungs and of course, the breath.

In this episode we explore the importance of taking a break from the constant stimulation outside us and giving our brains well deserved breaks.

This is the first in a series of “encouragements” to become aware of and deepen the relationship we have with our bodies. We’ll be focusing on other major organs in future episodes while this one is about the heart. We all have a storehouse of self healing abilities if we foster our connection to our beautiful selves, physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.
