professionals overcome the hesitation that keeps them from closing more business.
A veteran of 25+ years of B2B (business-to-business) selling, Catherine understands what it means to start and build a business during challenging times. She launched her first sales consulting firm in 2003 and now runs the sales training firm, ExtraBold Sales, where she coaches others to sell with confidence. Her sales system includes psychology research that gets at the heart of why people don’t sell effectively. She also trains on the reasons people buy (it’s not what you think!). Her process helps business owners take the frustration and worry out of business development so they can close new business without wasting money on
one-size-fits-all sales training.
Catherine lives in Texas with her family and she enjoys reading, planning her next globetrotting adventure, watching sci-fi, and hosting dinner parties. She has a BA from Rice University and is a StoryBrand Certified Guide.

About Susan Dyer, EOS Implementer
Susan’s passion is making a difference in the lives of others. She focuses this energy on entrepreneurial leaders through coaching, mentoring and challenging leadership teams to become their very best. During her career, she ran a successful, multi-million dollar revenue generating management consulting practice specializing in developing the strategy and execution of large-scale, strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
In the past 20 plus years she’s helped companies large and small successfully implement and sustain business operating systems (BOS). Susan came to understand that without a BOS, too many efforts, initiatives, and best laid plans fell flat. It was a true predictor of success–large scale strategic initiatives could win early on, and fail long term without solid operating procedures in place.
She worked with a multitude of operating systems, using components of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen. But it was the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) that she found to be the most agile, reliable, and watertight solution that remains simple, proven and comprehensive. The proof? EOS is successfully running in nearly 5,000 companies worldwide.
This discovery led her to become a Professional EOS Implementer. About Tzvi Schwartz, EOS Implementer
Tzvi is incredibly passionate about helping business owners run a better business. As the owner of an electrical contracting firm, Tzvi ran a great business… but not without experiencing all the issues that often cripple mid-size businesses.
After 16 years, Tzvi sold the company and joined a larger union firm as the Director of Business Development. It didn’t take long before Tzvi discovered that the company may have been larger in size… but they still struggled with the very same issues!
When the business took on EOS everything started to fall into place. Getting the right people in the right seats – following the processes, was a real game changer. The company grew 400% over just 4 years. After the company graduated from their Certified EOS Implementer, Tzvi continued the EOS roll out company wide, effectively helping the company achieve its vision.
Upon seeing the remarkable results EOS provided, Tzvi chose to leave his position from the leadership team and pursue his passion of helping other business owners run a better business and live a better life!

Who is Paul Detlefs of The Traction Group?
Paul has a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship (he had three small ventures before he turned 16) and especially for helping entrepreneurial business owners and their teams achieve their dreams.
He has spent his entire business career advising and guiding small and mid-sized businesses and their owners, and has worked with more than 200 companies. He spent his first 24 years at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, where he became Managing Partner of a Middle Market consulting group. He worked in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, construction and professional services. He also led projects in business systems design and implementation, business process improvement, and supply chain management, including implementation of LEAN manufacturing on the factory floor.
In 2002, Paul founded The Prestwick Group, a consulting and advisory firm focused on small and mid-sized businesses and their owners. Through Prestwick, he ran several peer advisory groups and coached his members individually. He also provided people assessments and performance development coaching, and created a proprietary job benchmarking and recruiting process. As a small business owner himself, he has lived through many of the same challenges and issues that his clients face.
Paul began using EOS® with his clients in 2010 and became a certified EOS Implementer in 2012. He acts as a “guide” for companies on the EOS journey, serving as their teacher, facilitator, and coach—roles that he loves and that he developed well through his previous experiences. He sees EOS as a unique and powerful synthesis of many great ideas that he has used and shared with his clients over 35+ years, plus great implementation tools and processes.
Paul is a graduate of DePauw University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He serves as a board member and mentor for SBAC Empower, an organization focusing on enabling entrepreneurs and small business owners in some of Chicago’s less-advantaged neighborhoods. In his spare time, he loves to bike and golf, and he revels in his new role as a grandfather.

About Mike Paton, EOS Implementer and Author of "Get A Grip"
Paton grew up in a household full of teachers and entrepreneurs, cut his teeth in banking, and then spent ten years leading entrepreneurial companies before discovering EOS® in 2007. Instantly drawn to its timeless concepts and simple, practical tools - he became one of the first EOS Implementers®.

Who is JJ Peterson and StoryBrand?
