After another dismal showing by the Miami Dolphins in Cleveland on Sunday, it has never been clearer that the time for change for the team is RIGHT NOW.

Unfortunately, owner Stephen Ross continues to be loyal to a fault, refusing to move on from his recently extended head coach without giving him "a fair amount of time to turn this around."
